The company acts as an insurance agent for SegurCaixa Adeslas, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, and is registered with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP) under key [DGSFP-NYCKEL].

We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website. If you go on to take out a policy, SegurCaixa Adeslas becomes the controller of the data processed for that insurance contract, under its own privacy policy.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us through the forms on this site:

• First name
• Telephone number
• Email address (optional)
• Phone country code
• Preferred language for the conversation
• Who the insurance is for (yourself, a couple, a family, a company)
• Age of the oldest person to be insured
• Province in Spain
• Any free-text message you write
• The consent record: the exact wording you accepted, plus the date and time

Data collected automatically when you use the site:

• The page you landed on and the page you submitted the form from
• The referring website and advertising identifiers (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid, ttclid)
• Device type and browser
• Approximate region derived from your IP address
• Cookie and analytics data, only where you have consented

We do NOT collect health information, medical history, diagnoses, treatment details, ID or NIE numbers, passport numbers, bank details or card details through this website. Any health questionnaire required to issue a policy is completed later, directly with SegurCaixa Adeslas, under their own terms. If health information is written into a free-text field anyway, we delete it as soon as we notice it.

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you provide another person's data, you confirm that you have informed them and that you are entitled to pass their data to us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Automated decision-making: the price range shown by the calculator on this site is generated automatically from the age, province and household size you enter. It is indicative only, it produces no legal effect for you, and no policy is issued or refused on that basis. A person always confirms the final quote with you before anything is signed.

4. Recipients

• SegurCaixa Adeslas, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, when you ask us to prepare or arrange a policy for you.
• Our IT and communication providers, acting as processors on our behalf under written data-processing agreements:
• Public authorities, courts and the DGSFP, where we are legally required to disclose data.

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting, authentication and transactional email
• Lovable — website hosting
• Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Fonts
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel, the Conversions API and WhatsApp Business
• TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited — TikTok Pixel and the Events API
• [TELEFONI- OCH CRM-LEVERANTÖR] — our telephone system and customer relationship management

Google, Meta and TikTok are used only where you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, no data is shared with them.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

International transfers: some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, by the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. A copy of the safeguards in place is available on request.

5. Retention

After these periods your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. It may be kept in blocked form, accessible only to public authorities and courts, for as long as legal liability could arise.

6. Telephone calls

We call only the number you gave us, and only for the purpose you consented to.

Calls are recorded for quality assurance and to evidence the advice given, on the basis of our legitimate interest and our record-keeping obligations as an insurance intermediary. You are informed at the start of the call, and you may request a copy of a recording of your own call. Recordings are kept for six years from the date of the call.

You can ask us to stop calling you at any time, and we act on it immediately.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.

8. Cookies

This site uses its own and third-party cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted transmission, access limited to the staff who need the data to do their work, and written data-processing agreements with our suppliers.
